15 August 2005: We proudly announce on the 15 August 2005: Official word from M.B.H.A. has it that Blackwood Court made history once again in the 21st century because "Blackwood Court RTO is the very first RTO to have it's very own Website!! You have set a New president!!" was the words of Elly Ravenhill the TPO.

This Website made history for disabled tenants, We are the first registered tenants group ever to have our own independent Website, logo's, helpline and merchandise. Blackwood Court has it's place in history being the very first of it's kind and also as you can see in our "History Of Blackwood Court"
Blackwood Court was graciously opened by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother in late September 1976.
